For Teva Pharmaceutical Industries which is based in Petah Tikva Competencies Learning & Development Manager (Temporary) is required, Job description:
The Competencies Learning & Development Manager will be
Responsible to provide leadership and accountability for a Procurement competency framework and for
Procurement Learning and Development programs that can be used by Global Procurement
Accountable for all category management standards, frameworks and tools
A knowledge source for setting a high standard
Leading Global Procurement transformation projects and coordinating Transformation Program Management
initiatives across Global Procurement.
Implementing and ensuring execution of key initiatives and transformation projects against timeline and deliverables,
including identifying bottlenecks, resolving issues and driving towards effective and standardized completion
מהן הדרישות:
Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences /Business administration / Industrial engineering or other relevant fields - Must
MBA or relevant MS degree - Preferred
3+ years of Project Management/Consulting and or Professional development experience - Must
1+ years of Procurement/Supply Chain experience- Preferred
Knowledgeableness in IT platforms/systems (SharePoint, LMS, ERP systems) - Must
Excellent MS office skills - Must
Experience in leading global and multifunctional project teams
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry- Preferred
Fluent English - Must
Temporary position as a replacement for maternity leave (for 8 months)
