For Teva Pharmaceutical Industries which is based in Petah Tikva, EMIA APAC Director of Medical Affairs is required, Job description:
EMIA APAC Regional Medical head of Respiratory& Oncology TA franchise, responsible for medical and scientific
support to current and future commercialized products, and issues management for current medicines
Responsible for EMIA APAC Regional Medical Affairs Phase IV trial activities, such as protocol development, study execution and interpretation of results
Establishment and Coordination and execution of overall medical strategy for Teva's TA specialty brands in close collaboration with Sub-Regional or Country
Medical Directors or their designee's, from initiation of regional pre-launch activities to several years post-launch
Leader of the EMIA APAC Regional Medical Team responsible for the world-wide medical Respiratory& Oncology strategy and EMIA APAC Regional Medical Affairs
representative in the Global Brand Team and R&D Project Team
Interface effectively with other Medical Affairs functions whether Global, Regional or on the Country level, and other departments, including Commercial, Clinical Development,
Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance
Support clinical development with input on target product profile, health economics and outcomes research needs and lifecycle management
Collaborate with Global and Regional Scientific Communications in support of knowledge generation for the TA franchise, including strategy development and review of manuscripts,
abstracts and posters as part of the publication team
Develop and maintain professional relationships with external experts and professional associations
Serve as an internal medical expert for product and disease-related content
מהן הדרישות:
M.D with 5+ years of experience at a pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Company/M.D specialized in the oncology/ pulmonology /internal medicine with 2+ years of experience in the above fields
MBA or business background - an advantage
Experience in a Global environment and/ or a previous similar role - a big advantage
Experience in leading Medical Affairs - an advantage
Knowledge of the Russian language - an advantage
Mother tongue level English
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent analytical skills
Familiarity with key compliance and medical governance processes
Availability for frequent traveling
