For Teva Pharmaceutical Industries which is based in Petah Tikva, Senior Planner is required, Job description:
Teva Global Operation is hiring a Senior planner for a strategic role
Senior planner leader will be responsible for:
Achieve results and Implement processes
Identifying issues/ constraints/ opportunities
Elaborate action plan to mitigate issues & propose improvements
Monthly S&OP follow up with sites
Ad hoc participation to site S&OP
Consolidation and escalation by site at Regional level of issues and constraints
Weekly activity plan of OOS via global OOS reports, and projected stock
Weekly OOS Feedback to markets, by market projected stock review
Bi-weekly service council by site, new Service Council process
Exceptions escalation ( request for allocation, coordination of initiatives)
Develop and roll out harmonized processes and reports
Review targets, reports and KPis
Review the following processes in site
Production scedule by line is excluded
Define tools to deply information to markets about frozen period and MPS
KPIs to measure the whole process
Escalation process
מהן הדרישות:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or other relevant field- Must
2 years of experience in Supply Chain - Must
Knowledge of the logistical elements in the pharmaceutical environment - Advantage
Knowledge of production flow within pharmaceutical operations - Advantage
Familiarity and understanding of production scheduling processes
Familiarity with procurement processes and responsibilities
Knowledge of relevant IT planning systems and platforms
Basic Knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma principle- Advantage
Comprehensive understanding of cost considerations - Advantage
Fluent English
