Lead and guide a team of project Managers, working in a global environment, requiring advanced business orientation
Manage & orchestrate major transformation and Improvement programs on various business fields which support Teva in
executing its strategy successfully
Define project management methodologies, set the supporting tools, and develop the required capabilities and trainings
needed to effectively lead and guide value adding global continues improvement projects
Act as a management consulting center of excellence to enhance performance and capabilities within Teva BUs
Develop TMC employees' professional skills and leadership capabilities to support talent development efforts in Teva
מהן הדרישות:
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or similar - Mandatory
M.B.A - an advantage
5 years of experience in similar positions and 7-10 years experience overall
Pharmaceutical background - an advantage
Management Consulting and Lean Six Sigma background - an advantage
