For Teva Pharmaceutical Industries which based in Petah Tikva Required Regional Manager for EMIA & APAC markets, Job description:
Lead the process to outline the product strategy for in house development, based on markets, portfolio and regulatory requirements.
Drive early development and NTE projects from selection through approval.
Provide support for incremental R&D activities for BD projects.
Manage development projects with 3rd parties
Determine project strategy and risk management with all stakeholders based on market requirements and resources.
Lead the development teams at local (clinical studies) and global sites in their development activities for EMIA (focus on RU).
Plan and ensure achievement of the WP, on time, for EMIA markets.
Secure appropriate infrastructure, processes and systems to support the new project development needs for EMIA markets
Facilitate, monitor and advise the scientific, strategic and IP related development aspects of all projects within GR&D for EMIA markets to ensure on time submissions
Support the technical pharmaceutical aspects of product selection with HQ and business units
Ensure inputs to R&D sites from alשl stakeholders to facilitate project strategy and timely information on possible project issues |

At least MSC. In Pharmacy; Chemistry, Chemical engineering, life sciences or related
At least 8 years in a generic pharmaceutical environment with significant development, regulatory and commercial involvement
Fluent English
Frequent traveling abroad
Full time position based in our Israel offices in Petach Tikva
