For Teva Pharmaceutical Industries which is based in Shoham Compliance Specialist Teva Israel is required, Job description:
Support Local Compliance Officer (LCO) in implementing the compliance program, in securing
company reputation, managing risks, and fostering a culture of integrity
Major Responsibilities:
Support LCO in establishing compliance processes and local procedures based on Global Policies
and Guidelines, applicable local laws and regulations (including industry codes)
Coordinate local implementation of Teva Third-Party Representatives' Compliance Due Diligence Procedure
Coordinate compliance monitoring process on country level, actively engage business and support functions
in monitoring activities
Support implementation of compliance training plans, conduct on-boarding and annual refresher trainings on
anti-corruption, compliance standards and business practices. Ensure that Third-Party Representatives have
received relevant trainings on anti-corruption and compliance standards; ensure system for documenting and
evidencing the training completion.
Support compliance clearance local process and ensure that required global/local approval processes are being
consistently followed
Support LCO in advising middle-level management on compliance related topics and contribute business in decision
making process, based on risk identification/ assessment
מהן הדרישות:
Academic degree in law or business or other relevant subject matter
Experience in project and process management
Experience in the healthcare industry, expertise in Compliance Field is a benefit
Problem solving skills, personal integrity and capacity to serve as a role model
Solid presentation and advocacy skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
Result-driven, disciplined and excellent in multi-tasking
