For Teva Pharmaceutical Industries which is based in Petah Tikva Israel Leadership and Development Manager is required, Job description:
Integrate all Israeli L&D activities into an annual plan
Manage the learning & development activities operations in Israel
Regional vendor management along with procurement
Interface and manage / coordinate all regional suppliers
Manage LMS administration
Report & manage regional delivery budgets
Lead compliance implementation such as Code of Conduct, and anti-bribery
Collect and manage the process of the effectiveness monitoring / feedback loop work led by the Global Infrastructure & Operations team
Conduct operational meetings to monitor planned vs. actual activities, according to Global Infrastructure & Operations team
Build a strong, qualitative execution network (external trainers)
Secure continuation of current programs and processes while transitioning to a Global COE business model
Create the right (and globally aligned) operating model for the delivery organization, strongly aligned with the Global Infrastructure & Operations
