For Teva Pharmaceutical Industries which is based in Petah Tikva Global Launch Manager is required, Job description:
Global Launches unit is looking for an excellent person to join our team. Within the job:
Lead Global launch excellence activities for selected Teva specialty brands within the franchise(s).
Engage in continuous improvement of launch excellence process with global and regional LM teams.
Develop partnership with global brand leads and GSM stakeholders to build and execute the launch plan.
Effective and adequate launch project management and communication to all relevant internal and external stakeholders
Support global brand leads to establish brand dedicated launch teams, define and build launch plans, allocate roles and responsibilities and continuously monitor and manage all launch plans
Liaise with project stakeholders, internal "business partners" and "service providers" on an ongoing basis
Develop and share best practices and (e) tools for project execution and management
Ensure projects' status/ data is updated on all relevant computerized tools.
Drive active communication withal relevant interfaces to ensure clarity on deliverables of the launch plans as well as to ensure on time and high quality launch.

Bachelor or Master in business affairs or marketing.
4 years of experience in launch project management (experience with specialty/ innovative pharmaceutical products preferred) or 5 years in a pharmaceutical marketing role with experience in launching specialty/innovative products
Experienced in working in a global environment
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both verbal and written
Willing to travel abroad (approximately 20% of the time)
Position based in our Petach Tikva offices
