A successful lead start-up in Customer Experience Analytics is looking for a talented Client-Side Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead developers utilizing technical, motivational and organizational skills to achieve goals and get things done.
* Provide a professional authority in the field of web development, and development time estimations.
* Build infrastructure, libraries, define coding conventions and standards for better code quality and optimized development.
* Execute programming tasks (hands on) - Develop code according to client pacifications to optimize their satisfaction with our product and service.
מהן הדרישות:
* At least 5-7 years of experience developing Web Applications, client and server.
* At least 2 years of leading a web development team (up to 4 developers).
* Expert in JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, Angular and others).
* Complete knowledge of the HTTP protocol and HTML, DHTML, JSON, CSS standards and cross browser development.
* Deep understanding of different web technologies, client and server.
* Experience in working with QA and Product departments.
* Team player, good communications skills and strong management skills.
* Willingness to work extra hours as required by the workload and deadlines.
* BA/BSC in computer science or equivalent - an advantage.
* Customer facing skills - an advantage.
* Familiarity with agile methods - an advantage.
* Knowledge of OOP and design patterns - an advantage.
* Experience with HTML5 and CSS3- an advantage.
