At least 5 Years' experience and strong passion in building global websites 2 years in Ruby.
Strong industry experience in architecture and development of scalable B2C production quality backend systems.
Exposure to architectural patterns of large, high-scale web applications
Exceptional proficiency using HTML/CSS/Javascript/AJAX
Rigor in A/B testing, automated testing, and other engineering best practices
Understanding of relational database schema design and performance tuning
Performance benchmarking and diagnostic tools like New Relic
Deep knowledge of Amazon Web Services ecosystem
Experience with service oriented architectures
Familiarity with Redis, Memcached, CDN
Management skills and Analytical thinking
B.Sc in computer science / software engineering
Experience of working in Scrum teams an advantage
