General Motors Advanced Technical Center in Israel (GM ATCI) is looking to hire an
IT System Administrator (contractor), part time (60%) to provide local IT support for a 6 months replacement for maternity leave.

Responsibilities
The IT administrator will be responsible for day to day IT support/sustain at the Israeli site. S/he will take direction from the Israel Finance Manager and interact with other IT support teams in GM to deliver the support that the Israeli site requires. S/he will use and adhere to all of the systems and process that are in place to support both GMIT for Online and Engineering clients.
Hereby the main Job duties for GM Online and Engineering systems:
• Refresh of hardware
• Hardware new installs
• Software install and rebuilds
• Printer support
• Inventory support
• GM Online Server Backups
• Hands on support for remote teams
• Ticket Management
• Local Incident support
• "first aid" IP phone support (e.g. change switches, interact w/ the HCL support)
• Interact with the WAN AT&T support
• Interact with the GM LAN Support team
• Approximately 80 clients (~40 GMOL and ~40 EDWS)
• Approximately 80 IP phones
• 3 Printers
• Desktop and Laptop environment, Windows 7 32 & 64 bit
If time allows, s/he will initiate/support other IT projects, beyond the day-to-day on site support.

• Basic Knowledge of Windows 7
