We are searching for a multitasking, Excel-savvy Admin to work in our unique, dog-friendly Tel Aviv offices.
Our ideal candidate can provide administrative support for the A360 group and will work closely with the A360 group manager.
Responsibilities:
Serve as point person for departmental needs
Complex budget management
Administrate finance with accountant and finance department abroad
Conduct phone interviews as part of the recruiting process
Coordinate internal and external events
Travel arrangements
Assisting visitors to Israel
Payments for vendors

Organized, ability to multitask, and attention to details
Adept in Excel, Word and Outlook
